Please tell me the style of photography you are most comfortable with. I work with models who pose artistically, at a minimum. Or, you are free to experiment. Tell me your limitations. Select ONE of the following on the modeling application form.

Artistic tasteful nude

These are normaly black and white pictures like seen in art galleries. It requires no wardrobe, little or no make-up, and no jewelry. The pose can be "bashful" in a sitting, standing, or reclining position. Pubic hair and nipples will show, at a minimum.

Glamour nude/Playboy

This includes all Artistic poses, but not as bashful. The image is more sexy or sensual. Legs are open slightly and revealing.

Erotic nude

This includes Glamour nude and Artistic poses. Images are sexual and more "graphic." Legs open; genitalia displayed and/or touched.

Simulated Girl/Girl

This includes Erotic nude, Glamour nude, and Artistic poses, but would involve posing with another female model. (light touching only)

Penthouse/Hustler

Posing as typically found in current Penthouse or Hustler style magazines, explicit solo and/or girl/girl.

Other (leave comment).

Special Interests.

This is what makes a photo shoot more interesting. I ask you to answer yes, no, or maybe on the form, so you do not feel pressured into doing anything you feel uncomfortable with. Everything is optional, but I tend to hire more adventurous models than conservative ones.

• Outdoor - Weather permitting, would you like to shoot in an isolated park, woods, or beach with little or no people around.

• Fetish - Are you into leather and latex? SM/BD? Anything kinky?

• Bondage - Do you enjoy, or will you tolerate, being restrained while being photographed? This includes rope, leather, and/or metal restraints.

• Messy - Do you enjoy, or will you tolerate, being covered in paint, latex, syrup, or baby oil?

• Video - Are you comfortable stripping and performing for a video?
